A Birthday Toast To... Aquarius

The lime is ruled by Saturn and is an Aquarian fruit. What better symbolizes the lime, than the traditiional Gimlet? Although, mind you, there is nothing traditional about Aquarius. The modern day versions of this classic tipple tend to be made with real lime juice. Either way you pour it, the Gimlet is an oldie but goodie. Happy birthday Aquarius!

GIMLET
2 oz gin
1 3/4 oz Rose’s lime juice

Shake well over ice cubes in a mixing glass, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
