Happy Fall! Last weekend I taught peeps how to shake, muddle and rim by Star Sign at the 3rd Ave Brooklyn street fair while promoting my products. Fairgoers were thrilled (and wet) to learn just how easy it was to make a Bitter Jasmine Martini(Aries Candle). A Birthday Toast To Libra, A Belated Toast To Virgo:


My apologies for missing your birthday on-the-ball Virgo... I know you would not have done the same to me! And lovely Libra, Happy birthday to you too! May you both equally enjoy this libation...

POMAPPLETINI:
2 oz Libra's apple juice
2 oz raw simple syrup
1 oz Virgo's pomegranate juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz gin

Shake or stir ingredients, strain into martini glass.
